I just looked over my latest submission on-line "Memories of the Past ... Dreams of the Future." I must have forgotten how to post properly because there were lines depicting time changes all over the place! Needless to say, they didn't belong there! :(
I have contacted the moderators and have sent a (hopefully) revised version for them to review and post.
I guess that serves me right for waiting so long to write a story worth posting, huh?
Aside from the line problem, I would love to hear what you think; send me an e-mail! And, if you scored me low because of the line issue, please rethink your score, or check back to the story after the revision is posted please.
As always, thanks for reading!

It's been a while since I submitted anything, although I've been writing off and on. I finally finished a story to my satisfaction, so it's now in the hands of the all-powerful Posting Wizard. Hopefully it will be up by this evening.
I appreciate all those who read my stories - and continue to do so. The voting is a nice and impersonal way of telling us authors what you think and giving other readers a "grade" on readability and such. However, I much prefer e-mails telling me what you think! All in all, it gives me a better idea of how my stories have touched you - even if it was an unpleasant, abrupt poke as opposed to a gentle caress.
I hope you enjoy the story whether you let me know or not.
As always, thanks for reading!

So, I've been trying to write as "real life" permits, but have been unable to lately. However, I do check my "stats" every night to see how my stories are being received.
For some reason (note: I am NOT complaining), there has been a surge of downloading of my older stories! I mean, they jumped from 6 weekly downloads to in the 30's!
Now, I don't check my e-mails every day, but have been checking more frequently since this surge. Unfortunately, there has not been a surge in e-mails. So, aside from the numbers, I'm not sure how my stories are being received.
I definitely wouldn't mind e-mails, even about my older stories, from my new readers (or re-readers). It just might help me find a bit more time to finish my current story ... or continue developing the other story I've started to get it out of my head!
Regardless, the numbers don't lie and I'd like to say "Thanks" to all those who continue to read my stories despite my absence in posting. Trust me, it does help encourage me to continue writing as time permits.
As always, thanks for reading!

I can't decide what to do. I have this story that I (honestly) have been working on as much as I can (given real life). I think I have a pretty solid beginning. And the ending, while it needs some work, has the makings of a pretty solid ending. My middle is where I'm plugging away at the moment.
So ... should I put the tease of the first chapter out there. Then, follow it (probably in a week or so) with the second chapter just to continue to whet your appetite? It would probably be another couple of months before I add to that. So, would it be fair to leave you hanging?
I would appreciate some feedback on this. I feel confident that my first chapter (if not the first two) are ready for posting. But, the rest still needs some work.
I know where I want my story to go, and how it should get there. However, I'm not a fan of "incomplete" stories and I'm not sure how long it will take me to fill in the gaps.
What should a Little Owl do?
Thank you all for the warm reception my latest story has received. I've not received too many e-mails (only 2, actually), but just the large amount of downloads in only a couple of days is appreciated!
Ideas are starting to swim around in my head. Hopefully, my muse will stick around for a time so I can get them all down on the computer!
Please feel free to send feedback on any of my posted stories ... or about anything you might want to see me write about.
As always, thanks for reading!
