Shipping Empire

smoker000

I read this several years ago and it was the 2nd part. It involved a trucking/shipping empire in the US in the 2nd story. 1st part had something about revolutionizing a container port in Seattle or the North West.

Thanks.

Start a different email account and copy your bookmarks / favourites from your "normal" to that as an attachment, updating occasionally. I also have had crashes!

Bookmarks sounds IE so I can't suggest HOW to do that - someone else here will know

most browsers have an option in the tools where you can export a copy of the bookmarks (generic term used in most browsers).

you can export a copy to a USB drive as a back-up system.

If you have a decent broadband connection, look into online backup services.

Personally, I use Mozy.

I also have 2 1 TB dives on my PC set up in a mini-RAID array.

RAID = redundant array of independent disks.

Between the RAID and on-line backup, not much could happen to my PC that would leave my data unrecoverable.
