That sounds like it might be a Frank McCoy story. He's not on SOL, but his ASSTR page (http://www.asstr.org/~Frank_McCoy/) has a ZIP file you can download containing all of his stories. There are nearly 300 of them, so it'll take some time to figure out if what you want is there.
Be aware that a federal court in Georgia has ruled that McCoy's stories are obscene (https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20130505/14372422951/court-finds-fantasy-stories-obscene.shtml), so depending where you are you may need to be careful downloading them.

Legally, you can mention incest (in the case of Amazon) or underage sex, you just can't describe it. Under that qualification, the Bible is covered.
