Hard one

ian181

Only hard because of my vague memories and it is post Apolitical but without that code I think.
Young man {hunter} trades with nearby stockaded village.Has a bet with headman's son wins two horses travels to big city rescues girl, girls father was a trader. valuable post app goods in basement.takes girl home gets married in village and there was something about rescuing a grain mill on a river.
that is about all I can remember.

I recall reading the story, but it was so long ago I can't remember any more than you do, except that I really enjoyed it!

By the way, you mean "Post-Apocalyptic", not "apolitical" (meaning "not political").

Mine neither. I recognized it because I've made the same mistake multiple times. 'D

Its a good story, but looks like it won't be completed. Mr. Woodman hasn't posted anything since late 2005. The 19 chapters left us are good but the hero is left with major challenges. I don't remember another hero named Emile. These days it might be Ekilometer.

Oops, the hero is Emil the Hunter. Sorry, my memory is falling into CRS syndrome (Can't Remember Shit.)

Zenith is one of those stories that make you swear at that yellow stripe! It ends right when the damned story is approaching a climax. If you're out there, Mr. Woodman, finish your damned story!

I'm sure, if he could, he would.

Interred, incarcerated, or incapacitated?

Interred, incarcerated, or incapacitated?

I'd guess either the first or the last.

Since he still seems to be active under his real name on Goodreads and Amazon, I'd plump for just damned busy.

Which is?
Did he complete the story on either one of them?
