Soon, I will begin posting a new story. This is not
a western though it has historical themes and events.
Yuma, is a story of a young man who is virtually kicked
out of the Manhattan Borough in New York City in 1921
by a 'friend' of his. He was given a new name, and a
train ticket, then told to get the hell out of town.
He grew up to be a brute of man, known by everyone
as one of the meanest son-of-a-bitches to ever walk
the streets of Lower Manhattan, earning his reputation
from rival gangs and police alike.
Now he has a new home - Yuma, Arizona. He's here to
start a new life for himself. He makes friends easily,
though he's slow to trust most people.
He's never had a real job and he doesn't have a trade.
The only talents he brought from back east, was fighting
and killing, along with the ability to plan his every move,
as if his life depended on it.
He uses his 'life's savings' and his gift of planning
ahead, to help start a business which would eventually
become the largest employer in Yuma County, Arizona.
Though he's always trying to forget his past, he can never
stop looking over his shoulder, because now and then, a
reminder of his evil past, pops up.
