There's a simple solution to this reader's problem: read the story description. Really. That's all it takes. Had the reader done so, he would have seen the "Ma/Ma" tag, as well as this line in the description itself: "Once again, pay attention to the codes! MM plays a relatively small but important part in this, although it's only oral, but if that isn't your thing this is a good story to skip."
I guess the good news is this is about the only note I've had along these lines.
