I started releasing a new story today called Buck Fever.
This one took longer because I was trying to do something a lot of people asked for. That didn't work, as it turned out. As somebody semi-famous once said, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." The Foreword addresses that.
Then, because the ending was all bolluxed up, I had to solicit help from some folks who have been reading my stuff for a long time. The idea was to have them decide which ending I should use.
Turns out they like whatever kind of ending I write. I'm not tooting my own horn, here. That's just how the "poll" turned out.
So I was left with the original conundrum - how to finish the story.
Anyway, it's finished, for better or worse, and I'll post it a couple of chapters a day over the next week and a half to two weeks. That depends on what gets added to my spring Honey-do list.
I hope you like it.
