Writing the Light Fantastic

For the past several days, I've managed to pump out nearly a chapter a day to keep my editors' pipelines filled with work. No, I doubt that I can keep up that pace for an extended period of time, especially as I move my camp into the Seattle area for a month where may people have claims on my time. But it has felt very good to be so productive on LNDtH2 Part VII: Hearthstone Entertainment. What's more, I'm feeling like the action is becoming more intense as the kids get older. There are new and different pressures. And still a lot of cute naked teens/almost twenties.

Feedback continues to be positive and I appreciate all your comments. Occasionally, someone points out something that I hadn't thought of. That really gets me charged up. And of course, if you spot errors, typos, etc., please continue to point them out.

In the next week or so, I hope to release Part IV: Deadly Chemistry as a Kindle eBook. Since that is pretty much the only way that I make money from my writing, I appreciate your support. I'll let you know as soon as it's up.

After a great deal of thought, I have decided to take a break from LNDtH in November (though I doubt that it will stop posting) and work on my do-over. That means that after the first of the year, you might be seeing a new type of story from me. I've made a huge number of notes and am looking forward to settling into my Hawaiian paradise cabin on the Big Island November 1 and starting something brand new and fresh.

Just wanted to dangle that out there as a tease. You know how I like to tease.
