Dear Randy Readers,

I'm going to claim that it was subconscious on my part. At least at first. I write women characters into some of my stories who often resemble me. Physically, I mean. Well, some of them also mirror parts of my real-life bedroom activities. And, gulp!, a stray fantasy or two.

These physical descriptions, although flattering, aren't narcissistic. There's a distinction. I think.

Madison in 'Did You Hear …?' bears the closest resemblance to your 'umble scribe. By the time I wrote her into existence, it was no longer subconscious on my part. It was just fun.

Do you good, talented writers out there, purposely or unwittingly, pen yourself into the script?
