The new chapters have been sent to the Moderators for posting.
This week's chapters open with the Agency's student Field Operatives being bussed to Florida with stops at Fort Benning, Georgia and other places. Their first stop is at the Airborne Training Center where they will be taught how to parachute from an airplane - Army style. Chapter three follows them through their Airborne training and the five required parachute jumps.
Chapter 4 opens with the students being moved to Camp Rogers at Fort Benning to begin their Ranger training with the Ranger Assessment Phase of that training. Following several days at Camp Rogers, where they are put through a number of challenges, they begin a twelve mile forced, tactical, ruck march to Camp Darby which must be completed in three hours or less to continue in Ranger training.
During the march, the platoon ahead of them is ambushed and the women are fired on with live ammunition. They need to wait for the investigators to arrive to question them, but eventually finish the march and continue with the training.
This story has turned out to be much longer than I imagined it would be, but I believe that you will enjoy the ride.
Enjoy theses two chapters. More next week.
