I intend to post two chapters of Hands each week unil the story is finished. Unlike my novels, I intended this to be a novelette, and that's what I ended up with. There are 10 chapters totalling about 23 000 words.
Will I expand it later? I don't know.
I managed to wrap this one up and do exactly what I wanted with it. By the time you get through chapter 10, you'll understand; but that kind of tight plotting is not easy!
Could I do another novelette, or maybe two, then link them together into a novel, or a collection? No idea. As for this one, is it appealing to people, or is the idea of writing a fantasy/comedy in Olde English too outlandish? No idea about that, either.
For now, if you like the story, then just enjoy the remaining chapters; the story will end in three weeks, assuming my editor and I get the final editing done in time.
