The new chapters have been sent to the Moderators for posting.
This week's chapters open with dinner at Thomas's Parents' house. Studying follows dinner, and Leila explains what was said in the kitchen.
At work the next morning, two camps policemen accompany Thomas to see the Dean of the College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
The Dean is very agitated by the proceedings that morning but is used to dealing with the many prima donnas working for her. Thomas rebuts all of Harrington's charges against him and cleans up the recording of what happened in his classroom. He also charges Harrington with professional incompetence. The Dean ends the hearing, sending Thomas back to teach his classes. A lot comes out after Thomas leaves.
Thomas resumes teaching after the first class ends. He and some of his PhD students share lunch later where he explains what actually happened that morning.
He returns home that afternoon to find Leila crying. An explanation soon follows before they prepare for dinner. Near the end of the meal, Leila announces that she will accept Thomas's proposal and marry him. Thomas's Parents also want to know what had occurred in Boston. On learning what happened, they advise him to seek a position with his Cousins at UGA.
Nothing happens during the remainder of the week, and on Friday evening, Thomas decides to visit his Cousins in the Other Reality to see if they really are retiring.
Enjoy these chapters. More next Friday.
The next story, Ashley III, is coming along very well, but it has not started the editing process yet, and may be a short time appearing after Leila is finished.
