I am well through with a major edit of A Fresh Start. Don't worry, however, the story hasn't changed. Roughly 90% or more of the edits involved things like typos, wrong words (than/then, there/their, etc.), and incorrect tenses. I also tried to bring everything together into the same style sheet. There are some who will complain it's the wrong style sheet, but I think it's better to be internally consistent. I won't say there still might not be an error or two, but if you are looking for perfection, you're in the wrong place. Very, very little else changed, except to perhaps add a few words here and there to make the meaning of a sentence or paragraph clearer.
I intend to begin loading edited chapters over the next few weeks, probably 10-20 chapters at a time. This is actually relatively time consuming. I write in Microsoft Word, but the internal html generation function is awful, and after saving a chapter in html, I need to edit the html. That can take longer than the rest of the editing! Today I am putting up Book 1, which is the prologue & first 11 chapters. More will come every few days.
With any luck, I will have Epilogue going up by the end of the month. That is at my editor's now.
