January was my second month in a row where I averaged 3,000 words per day writing and made great strides in adding to my current main tale.
February hasn't been nearly as nice, I'm right now under a 1,000 word per day pace and have had a few days where I haven't written a single word. Part has been some real life issues, like dealing with sick humans and pets. Part has been the stress levels at work. I think at work if someone said on a scale of one to ten rate the stress at this location most people would say a number above 50. I get home in no mood to write most days.
I also have started an interesting experiment along with Anne Mouse author of several Swarm tales. We are writing as if a brother and sister are exchanging letters in the Swarm Cycle universe. The exchange starts after the brother gets taken along as a concubine. It's proving to be a lot of fun for both of us, but it does go slowly. We usually to one letter exchange a week right now. Depending on the results, we may post it. (Our first attempt crashed rather badly.)
Well, that's about it for me for now. Life is.
