The new chapters have been sent to the Moderators for posting.
This week's chapters cover James' trip to the Conference in Boston to convince the New England colonies and the Canadians to join the North American Confederation.
James accompanies Gwyn, Glanda and John, who are Commission members, to Boston for the conference. While there he learns of Witch trials being held in nearby Salem.
Remembering the trouble that his Sister, Jillian, had with those from Massachusetts, he is determined to stop them from harming the innocent.
Arriving in Salem, he is shocked at how young and cute the accused young women are. He is also impressed by their HUGE but untrained Talent, and their lack of knowledge of Magic. James steps in and stops them from being burned at the stake.
Several days later, all three are ready to leave for Boston. The Collins Sisters decide that those in Salem are too fond of burning people at the stake and act to prevent them from using fire for three months. I'll leave the interesting part that happened in the between times for you to read. However, James has serious doubts and questions about what the 'Book of Dreams' did while in Salem, but he is somewhat distracted.
Enjoy these chapters. More chapters next week and the finish of the story.
