If I understand this, the King's Knight has (a)
just left port in the Bahamas, (b) is flying the
flag of the Federation of Nevis and St Kitts, (c)
is properly registered in Basseterre, St. Kitts
and(d) we presume that her stern has been
repainted to show this fact.

If these facts are correct then under what
sophistry of law does the Commanding Officer of a
USCG cutter detain the King's Knight on the high
seas and force it into Key West?

She doesn's sail under the U.S. flag nor is she
registered to a U.S. port so the USCG cannot claim
that stopping the King's Knight was conducted
under a Health and Safety Inspection.

This should be regarded as an Act of War. If the
Watch stories are written is a somewhat
chronological order (not withstanding the fact
that all the watch holders can be at any place at
any time they choose) then is after the short war
between the U.S. and the Princessapality.

Granted that our politicians can give Masters
lessons in how to ignore the real world and to see
only what they want to see, I'm surprised that any
would wish to continue operations against the
Princessapality and that they could find a senior
military officer who can forget what happened to
the Pentagon.

You are mostly correct…but not quite. Junior was born in 2000. The family likes to 'get away' from the dangers of a country out of control. Both the US and Canada want the island back in the fold…so to speak. It's a lot like St. Pierre, Miquelon and Langlade. invaded and changing hands so many times it's hard to know who owned what. Just recently, the Princessapality struck oil and you know what that'll do. It's 2013 that Junior goes on a rampage and defeats the USA, She makes some changes to the US constitution and gives it back. The USA was party to forcing Israel out of the desert…no ownership by right of conquest. The Coast Guard is forever searching and seizing ships on the high-seas. They didn't believe the registry…which is typically American. This is why the N&SK ambassador was contacted. I hope this settles some confusion I'm going to post this and your email in the Blog.
