So, I hope everything is going well for you all. Things are weird over here. Spring is here, so naturally we get a blizzard in D.C. Also, Tricia decided to give up Passover for Lent, which has made things a bit awkward at home.
But the good news is Lazarus has new chapters of The Omega Path ready. I know! Fast this time, only two months for three chapters. This section is what he calls "The Lynne Saga", and it answers more questions about Lynne than you were probably asking. Lazarus reports that he reveals a secret about her that is designed to "make brains explode," so he suggests wearing protective headgear when reading it.
Also, Lazarus had a plan for the cover of Chapter 24 which would have shown Joey and Lynne running off together on their date while Tricia just impotently stood next to her car, which meant Lazarus had to design her car for the image. And he did this. He built a car from scratch, which took days, but when he started putting the picture together, he realized that the car and Tricia just wouldn't fit into the picture. So the car which he spent many hours on just doesn't show up, and he wasted all of that time, which was very depressing to him. I tried to cheer him up. I told him "Hey, don't worry about it. It was an ugly car," but that didn't seem to help.
Just can't please some people.
