Printing books

To be honest, this may just be an attempt to distract myself, a way to take my mind off writing.

With The Waifs done, I'm toying with the idea of printing up a few copies of my books. Mostly for my own vanity, but also to give to a few people. I have no desire to sell them in a store at the moment. To be honest, that's due to the Ai stories containing teen erotica that is going to draw the ire of most places I'd have to sell it, and I'm not in the mood for those kinds of fights. So, I'm giving away ebooks on my ASSTR page, and any physical copies would be a small, private printing run.

That said... the idea of doing enough to be able to let readers buy signed, numbered copies has appeal. Hell, maybe it could pay for MY copies! So, the question before us is... is anyone interested in buying such a thing?

The books in question would probably be either three or four volumes:

Love Unexpected/From The Aether- all 9 stories, in the recommended reading order, with introductions.

The Waifs.

Bells Across the Universe- either as two books, or one, if people are going to want both anyway. Again, with introductions, and the two Bells short stories.

I won't be bothering with the anthology of short stories for now.

So... if this sounds like something you'd like in on, drop me a line. Let me know what your price range would be, which will determine if it's a hardcover or softcover. Ideally we get enough interest to justify going somewhere with a lower price but a minimum buy, otherwise I pay more for copies from Lulu. There will only be one printing for each book, most likely, and I'll probably start with Love Unexpected to see if I can slip the Ai stories past their content censor.
