Trying for a better new year

I know that I haven't posted for a couple of days. I got a few days off my full time job and ended up spending a lot of time on all of those chores around the house that are so easy to neglect, or that you pick up when you have time.

I am hoping to be more productive this year, but I will be the first to say that it's very easy to promise more writing, but its also far too easy to be distracted.

Rest assured that right now my goal is to finish Crisis soon. I figure I'm a dozen or so chapters away from the thrilling ending. Maybe a few less.

After that, I do have a couple stories that I want to publish through Smashwords/Amazon. (If I can ever find a artist who will do covers - I can write, but if I had to survive on my ability to draw I'd have starved to death a long time ago.)

That won't mean I'll abandon SOL. I have a few dozen tales of woe that will probably end up here if I ever finish them. That includes 3 or 4 more Swarm Cycle tales and for those who like the MORFS series, I even have a couple drafts/notes for more tales in that twisted universe.

I do thank those who send me feedback, or even a greeting. For some reason I have never been able to figure out I tend to write more when I'm being more socialable about my writing. Most writers will tell you that they had being bothered, but I actually focus better when I have people to chat/e-mail with about my stories and thoughts.

And as for Crisis, Chapter 38 - stay tooned. :P
