Elections can be good for America. The sense I'm thinking about is a little vain, perhaps, but there is method to my madness. You see, because I'm so sick and tired of all the electioneering, I've unplugged the TV for the last month, and I've been writing a lot more than usual.
So I have a new story ready to go, and another one to post next week, and quite possibly a third one in a three weeks. That's a Lubrican story per week for three weeks.
And that, is good for America.
That's the vain part, in case you hadn't noticed.
The one I started posting today, the day before the election, is called "Take Your Daughter To Work Day" It's also called version Alpha, because I have in mind at least a version Bravo and probably a version Charlie. But those are down the line, and aren't written yet. You might see them before January, but I'm not making any promises.
This one has nine chapters, and I'll post three each day Monday (today), Wednesday and Friday. So those of you who wait until it's fully posted only have to wait until Friday to read the whole thing.
The one after that is shorter, and enjoys the services of a new editor. It will probably post next week.
So go out and vote tomorrow. Personally, I think it would be a hoot if everybody sandbagged and elected the Libertarian Candidate. Would Congress shit a brick or what?!
Thanks for reading.
