I know there aren't that many people who read this blog. I'm completely blown away by the fact that there were 6500+ downloads of "The Art & Science of Love" (ASL) and that a third of them got all the way through the last chapter. I really hope that means you enjoyed it.

So why am I torn? I'm working on "Blackjack. Blackmail. Blacklist." (BBB) In it, my main protagonist, Jeff Foster is revealed to be the real author "Doc Peters." About once every three or four chapters, Jeff posts another chapter of the sequel to ASL, titled "My Lovely Assistant Rita." (MLAR) For the most part, that's the only place there's potent sex in this mystery/thriller. I assume that there are a lot of people who won't be interested in the mystery, but will just want the Rita story. But I don't want to do a lot of duplicate posting. None of ASL appears in MLAR or BBB.

So, I'm thinking that I'll post the Mystery Thriller, including MLAR in it, but I'll post a separate, simultaneous story that is just MLAR. That way, people who are just interested in Rita can ignore the whole other "literature" part of what I write and go straight for the sex. Will people be upset that most of the material in MLAR is also in BBB? Does it make sense to post this way?

If you've read and enjoyed ASL, please let me know how you'd like to see the next installment play out. I'm also open to "experiments" you think Rita might set up for Doc. LMK!
