Last year, my wife picked out a very wide Christmas tree. I knew it was too big, but she liked it so much. I should have been aware of a problem when it took forever to cut down. It was too big for the wrapping machine. When I arrived home, I wrapped it with tarps and ratchet strapped it tight. It was still too big to go through the door. I do not give up.....but that night, I almost decorated it in the front yard. I finally took plywood and made protectors for the frames of the door. I called a friend to help. He looked at me and told me I was crazy. Together, we forced it through the door. When I finally got the tree up, (it was almost too heavy to lift), it took up a quarter of our living room.
This year, the tree was 11 feet tall, but wrapped in netting. I couldn't believe how easy it was to set up.
Almost no challenge involved.
