Chapter 2 has been released. I noticed several run-on sentences and the a missing period. MS Word is failing me as a competent mechanical editor. Figures. Now, about concepts. My knowledge of swine husbandry is non-existent. Imagine two ice cubes rattling about the bottom of a whiskey glass. Okay? Please don't gig me for what I can't possibly know. Cows? sure. Lived on a dairy farm for a while. Put my hand down on a cat in the hayloft at night and damned near filled my britches thinking it was a skunk. A skunk was drinking milk at the cat's feed station at the time, eating shoulder-to-shoulder with the cats. go figure... Uncle Karl ran 36 head of Holsteins and had over 45 acres under production, all alfalfa, timothy and clover. We bought straw from a wheat farmer he knew for bedding. We raised chickens too--a more temperamental, flighty, stupid animal I've never seen before or hope to see again. They're cannibalistic.
