A couple of weeks ago I was struggling to finish another chapter of Maquis. I'm so close now, but I still have 2 chapters to finish, and five to get proof read and canon checked by the other Swarm authors.
I ended up just writing a short story that a comment of someone else triggered in my mind. I hope you enjoy.

I've only just seen that the latest chapter of Maquis has a few formatting issues. I suspect this is to do with the computerese in there, so I'll see if the SoL management can advise and assist in getting it sorted.

Chapter 39 of Maquis has just been placed in the queue. It's quite technical in places, but it shouldn't be difficult to comprehend what's going on.

Today, technically this evening, in the UK, it is bonfire night. Sometimes also known as Guy Fawkes night.
Today is posting day of the next chapter of Maquis and it's set on ... 5th November. This was pure chance, I didn't set it up this wat, though I realised just over a week ago. Today was always posting day, and this was the next chapter to go. As a bonus therefore, instead of posting this evening as I would normally do, I've posted early.
