Brian's Housekeeper Chapters going up

Posted at

Last of the chapters just hit the editor, getting them all up in the next couple of days. You will know its the end when you see Epilogue part 2 - should be chapter 15.

Enjoy.

And yes, I know there's pent up demand for more Camp and more Niki. I have decisions to make - have 3 other stories in various stages as well....stay tuned.

The reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated

Or something like that.

I did have a few bad patches in the last 3 months or so. But I still found some time, eventually to work on my stories. Had some nice chats that helped, though I find, sometimes, real life folks whether at home, or online. begin to overwhelm me. I feel a lot safer and happier behind the page, sometimes at least.

Sorry for the delays.

What's coming - Editor has the next 4 chapters of Brian's new housekeeper. Kirstin is beginning to have even more fun.

Finished up Robin's Book 2 with Jax, so a couple chapters coming there...and we are about 4 chapters into our new endeavor, based around an idea similar to the Lost Notebook - different, but there are similarities. Jax is a bit more, mmm, insistant than perhaps I/we were in the notebook. Should be fun to see where it goes.

Work on a new partnership is ongoing, probably 20 chapters in - but I do not want to share until it reaches a least a mini climax. New partner, new style, new categories - watch for something that includes nonhumans - the only one I've ever done, but there's still a bit of me deep in there. Ooops, I just realized, I have to change the names before publication...give too much away!

And on that note, there is likely to be more of The Dare coming, just need to calm down IRL, finish up Brian's New Housekeeper and get brave enough to write some of it down. Even though it is not an autobiography - it has a lot of real stuff in it. Part of why it's my favorite. No wait, Max is my favorite! No, Camp J!.

I love my stories, I hope you do too. And yes, I know, stop bouncing around so much -- I am TRYING to keep on things, so I am continuing to work on Brian and Kirstin - it feels like 4-5 more chapters.

Constant followers will note a few new chapters of Maeson's Full Time assitant going up recently, I have three more coming if that's one of your favotites.

Still trying to get Camp J to a good stopping point, about 3 chapters into this third week and hopefully am past the writer's block that had me going pretty slow.

I did lose about a month packing and moving, not that anyone really cares, they just want STORIES. :)

Finally got a reader that enjoyed 'The Dare' as much as I did. It's still my favorite, well, I guess they are all my favorites, but I really did enjoy that. I was pretty sure I was going to leave it as is - letting the reader decide what happened next rather than spoiling it with my take - but the reader was so eager I just might continue some day.

Right now though, Trying to get Camp J done, it's going to be 6 to 10 chapters to wrap up week 3 which is a good spot to switch gears I think.

I've decided to look at Brian's Housekeeper next, and then perhaps the Dare, but honestly, that could be a month from now, depending on how much I start writing. At 5k words (average) per chapter, it sometimes takes me a while.

Jax and I are slowly finishing up Robin's loving family, but much slower pace than before - but should see a wrap up coming in the next month or two.

Will be nice to get these to a good stopping point instead of having so many 'unfinished until I get time' stories! Sorry :)

New Story - The Dare

Yes yes yes, I know, I am supposed to be finishing up all my grand ideas before starting anything new, but I had this idea, see. It was compelling. I had to. Truly.

In any event, I finished off 7 chapters and they will be up soon - and that pretty much finished off the first book - unsure if I will continue it later.

New chapter for the Camp, and several new Maeson's Assistant at the editor now, so i know it's been quiet, but I think it's 14 or so chapters coming, 70,000 words or more, so hopefully you will enjoy.

I know I did.
