Hello, readers. I come to you with a request. I'm going to need a photo for the eventual book version of Where Friendship Leads. Nobody has yet to buy one of my books, print or ebook, but I'll need a cover none the less. What I would like, shaped so it can work as a cover, is something like three hands together, two male and white, one black and female. Image has to be either fully rights free, or one I can buy. I paid for the covers of my other books, and don't mind doing it for this one. My other covers came from https://www.freedigitalphotos.net, but I didn't see anything on a first look that would work.
If someone knows some teens and wants to create a photo for me, or even draw/paint something, that would work, too :-)
And, so, too, are the Bells stories in general.
It has been a good run, but while I can keep telling the tale of these characters until the squirrels come home, I definitely want to do different things. Enjoy, or don't. To each their own!
Speaking of which, you get a new chapter of Where Friendship Leads as well, complete with bisexual orgy!
I've just submitted the new chapter, so it should show up sometime tonight. Chapter 12 of Magic of Bells is being edited. I have to say I'm happy with how Where Friendship Leads is going. The fact everyone here is ignoring it, not so happy with, but there's not much I can do. The m/m code is frightening you away, to the point that smily face guy, who sends me a smile after every post, has yet to do so with this.
So, with that in mind, I'm just mentioning that this chapter is gay sex free. The previous chapter had the aftermath of some, and the next chapter should have a bisexual orgy, but this one is just characters. Thus, if you like my writing, and are at least curious as to what this one is about, give it a read. You can avoid all future chapters if the story and characters aren't enough to get you past the icky factor.
Well, at this site anyway. I try not to do it much. You won't find tons of internal monologues in italics, or fancy paragraph formatting. I paste in the text, and that's what you get.
Except for song lyrics.
The new chapter of The Magic of Bells has three sets of song lyrics. Thus, I had to try and remember how to do the line break so there wasn't a space between each line, as well as re-add the italics. Naturally, looking at the first version posted, it had the italics... and no lone break.
Sigh.
My second attempt said, screw the italics, let's see if we can just get it formatted like a song lyric. It hasn't reposted yet, but if the formatting seems a bit wonky, that's why.
It looks fine on my ASSTR page :)
First, chapter 11 of The Magic of Bells went to the editor late Monday, so it could be done and posted Wednesday. Or later, depending :)
I'm currently working on the third chapter of Where Friendship Leads. It's going slowly, not because of any problems, but I'm just doing it slowly. Stopping, starting. I love how the characters are filling in back story for me, telling me about themselves. I also love how they let me know what they won't do. For example, this is a Vicky chapter. Bobby had his two chapters with Kevin, and now it's Vicky's turn. But... well, don't want to spoil it. Let's just say, what I had planned has been thrown out the window once the characters got into position!
