Maxine is a self-centred bossy bitch who runs the Keycare customer service centre. Her role is to co-ordinate the incomes repair or emergency requests from clients and send out one of the maintenance team to rectify the problem. Maxine has a definite lack of people skills when it comes to dealing with the operatives that she supplies the jobs to and she is only liked by the boss for her efficiency. No one else likes her. Breaking down on the way home one night she commences her downfall from boss bitch to my bitch over a series of stories.
